Prep 3 Scholarships

Our Prep School Academic Scholarships are awarded to pupils joining or moving into Prep 3 and who show academic talent, enjoy learning, and demonstrate intellectual curiosity.

Academic Scholars are mentored by the Head of the Prep School, Mrs Heidi Welch, who meets with scholars once per half term to support academic development both within the curriculum and through engagement in extra-curricular and academic extension activities.

Academic scholarships are awarded based on performance at assessment, which includes:

• A writing piece
• A maths paper
• A CAT4 (cognitive reasoning)
• An interview with the Head of Prep

The interview is as important as the academic assessment and girls are expected to show engagement and potential both as a pupil at the school and within the wider community.
