It will also help you develop skills in making decisions and developing persuasive arguments, creative and practical problem solving and understanding data, finance and communication.

A Level

Studying Business at A Level offers exciting opportunities to explore the business world using case studies in a range of contexts. The course we follow covers a wide variety of business areas, from marketing, finance and human resources to operations, globalisation and the economy. We look at national and worldwide events and analyse them using business theory. The course also emphasises the numerical skills needed for business, including preparing cash flow forecasts and income statements, as well as working out the elasticity of a particular product or service.

In today’s globally competitive environment, the study of business theory and practice helps students to accrue vital knowledge while developing their skills in decision making, problem solving and critical analysis.
