The Inspirational Buildings Illustration Competition

In the Spring Term the Badminton Art Department launched an illustration competition inviting members of the Badminton School community to create an illustration of a building that is important to them. The artwork could be completed in any medium of choice.

We received a wonderful array of entries. Thank you to everyone who dedicated the time to complete an entry, we hope that in creating the artworks, participants enjoyed engaging in their making. Following the deadline on 30^th April judging commenced. This was a difficult challenge as the quality of work in the field of entries was so strong. We are delighted to announce the following prize winners:

The Overall Winner is Rachel A, Year 9, for her pen, ink, and watercolour illustration of a view of The Duomo in Florence!

Prizes and certificates will be awarded in the end of Summer Term School meeting, in the meantime all entries will be displayed in the Creative Arts Centre for all to view and enjoy!
